SCREW FEEDER WITH BAG UNLOADING HOPPER
The Sodimate dump bag station is a mechanical discharger combined with the ZFP metering screw unit, and attaches at the hopper bottom.
This station has small to medium storage capacity. Its average feeding ensures product discharge and metering without vibration or fluidization.
It features:
- Dust free operational device (50lb storage bags)
- Storage hopper in mild steel, stainless steel or HDPE
- Mechanical extraction ensures accurate volumetric feeding
- Full range of compatible hopper/feeder accessories available
- Empties hoppers completely
- Up to 4 independent screw feeders on same device
- Stores and handles a wide variety of bulk materials:
- Hydrated Lime / quick Lime
- Sodium Bicarbonate - Soda Ash
- Activated carbon
- Polymers
