The Sodimate Arch Breaker DDS 400 is a totally mechanical silo discharger complete with a metering screw for bulk powders stored in silos, bins and containers.

This model features:

No vibration – (bin Activator or Vibrators)
- - Will not compact or change density of product
No fluidization (Air injection, nozzle, blast…)
- - Prevents product contamination, moisture or rat hole effect
Gentle extraction by mechanical agitation
Easy installation and compact size
Mechanical extraction ensures accurate volumetric feeding
Discharge may be adjusted from several lb/hr up to 350ft³/hr
Horizontal, vertical or inclined screw conveyors
Up to 4 independent screw feeders on same device
