Sludge Mixer

This dynamic mixer is designed for sludge stabilization with quick lime or hydrated lime. Its design allows its location in existing or new installations.

Two rotating shafts, with opposite & secant pitches combining adjustable paddles and continuous thread improve the mixing quality in relation with the sludge progress inside the mixer body.

The shape of the paddles and thread profile can be plain, with spigot or toothed according to sludge characteristics.

The granulated end product improves spraying operation in case of agricultural landfill.
