Flexible Screw Conveyor

These flexible screw conveyors are designed to transport bulk powder material between two points without altering feed accuracy or damaging product particles. It will move powder and bulk solid materials at any angle from horizontal to vertical. The size of flexible screw conveyor and total length are selected according to the type of material to convey. Typically a flexible screw conveyor length can range from 1 to 20 meters.

The flexible screw conveyor DM is made up of a shaft less spiral rotated by an electric motor into a flexible plastic or rigid steel tube. The screw automatically self-centers within the tube therefore no bearing is required at the outlet end. This simple design reduces maintenance operation while giving high performance.
